Sean Molan, the Principal of Molan Accounting Services, is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Sean has worked in a number of small and medium sized companies filling numerous roles as Company Accountant, Commercial Manager, Director and Chief Executive across a number of business sectors.
He has also undertaken project work as a Cost Reduction Specialist, working with over 40 Irish companies to reduce their cost base across a wide range of business expense categories and overheads.
He set up Molan Accounting Services in 2005 to cater for the growing demand of the SME Sector for management accounting services. Sean also supports a number of businesses by working as an outsourced financial controller but on a part time basis.
His has tailored his service to small business owners and the self employed in order to provide a cost effective and meaningful service that meets their needs.
Sean is Chairman of the CIMA All Ireland Members in Practice Committee and a member of the CIMA All Ireland Board.
Sean's interests include travel, politics and meeting people.
